Welcome to Our Lady of the Snows Roman Catholic church located in historic Woodstock, Vermont. Our parish is home to the only Catholic church in Woodstock and has been part of this picturesque community since 1850. We welcome a wonderful blend of parishioners and visitors from around the world. Whether you are just visiting for a brief time, looking for a new parish to call home, returning to the practice of your Catholic faith, or are interested in finding out more about the Catholic Church, we are happy to have you join us.
A parish is a community of believers and a spiritual family that is supportive and loving. It can be a place to grow spiritually, to put your faith in action, and to use your gifts of time and talent as disciples of Christ. We practice the traditional Roman Catholic liturgy at Our Lady of the Snows, and are grateful for the many blessings that God has given us. We also strive to share our gifts, our worship, our activities, and most of all the blessings we have received with others. Visiting the sick and those in need is a priority for me. I enjoy helping our young parishioners learn the faith during our Religious Education series. Welcoming new parishioners and their families to our parish is something I am most anxious to do. Please feel free to reach out and say hello in person after Mass or to phone me at our Parish Office. Although your first visit may find you coming as a stranger, we pray that you will become part of the Our Lady of the Snows parish family.
